Lior Fite , Founder and CEO
Lior Fite, Founder and CEO, with 18 years of experience in Marketing business development sales and R&D management. Before co-founding Saguna Networks Lior was VP Marketing at Surf Communication Solutions where he was responsible for all Surf's marketing activities, including marketing and product strategy, as well as product management, which includes definition of product requirements, coordination with R&D to implement these requirements, and sales training.
Prior to that, Lior served as Optibase Vice President of Marketing and was responsible for business development, marketing strategy and policy, product definition and product marketing management. Previously, Lior served as Vice President, Marketing at Emblaze Semiconductor. Before joining Emblaze Semiconductor he was a product marketing director at Vsoft LTD. Prior to that Lior managed the R&D department of MIND CTI. Lior's experience in the industry also includes leading large R&D teams at Dialogic and Telrad. |
Danny Frydman, CTO & VP Customer Support
Danny Frydman is a founder at Saguna Networks and serves as the company's CTO & VP Customer Support. Danny has over 20 years of experience in defining and developing complex products in different fields, including telecom, cellular, multimedia processing, routing, medical and military. Previously, Danny held the position of VP R&D at Surf communications. Prior to that, he served as a Director of Technologies at Charlotte's Web Networks. His experience also includes cellular (Qualcomm Ltd.), medical (Elscint Ltd.) and military (Elbit Ltd.)

Gilad Haver, VP Sales Strategic Accounts
Gilad Haver, VP Sales Strategic Accounts, brings with him over 13 years of experience in the Telco industry in business development and sales management. Prior to joining Saguna Networks, Gilad held several senior managerial positions at Mobixell Networks, most recently as Associate VP channel sales where he managed and executed Mobixell's global channel sales strategy. Prior to that Gilad held the position of head of products of the Rich Media Solutions line of products. Previously, Gilad served 10 years in Comverse in a variety of managerial positions including director of messaging sales in the EMEA region and director of business management in the multimedia messaging business unit. |
Amos Talmor, Chairman
Amos is a serial entrepreneur and investor with extensive high tech management experience in the telecom, IT channels, and commercial sectors. He is also an executive consultant to several telecom & high-tech companies.
Over the last decade, Amos has been active as an investor, partner and founder of a number of startups, including, Kenshoo, Elcom-tech, KorAnga, and Storwize, amongst others. Prior to that, he worked for ECI where he held several management positions, the last of which was Corporate VP Marketing & Sales of ECI Telecom. Amos holds a B.A. in Business from The Open University, Israel. |
Ori Choshen, Xenia VC
Before joining Xenia, Ori was the co-founder of Aniba, the first Iocal web-site in the event planning category. Before that, Ori was a Director of Business Development & managed the Eco-System Group at SanDisk (NSDQ: SNDK), the world leader in Flash memory cards. Ori joined SanDisk as part of the company's $1.6 billion acquisition of Msystems (NSDQ: FLSH) in 2006. While at Msystems, Ori was a Director of Business Development & Marketing.
Prior to that, Ori managed the Terminal Equipment Department at the marketing division of Orange Israel. Ori led the team who established the 3G-handset domain in Orange and was a member in Hutchison's global handset group.
Before Orange, Ori served 3 years as an Investment Manager in PFC, Orange's VC subsidiary.
Ori holds an LL.B degree (Law) and a B.A. degree in Philosophy (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University, and a Masters degree in Business Administration M.B.A. (Cum Laude) from the Solvay Business School in Brussels, Belgium. |
Eli Baram, Board Member
Eli Baram has a long and unique career of extensive sales activity of Telecommunications equipment in different parts of the world. Among others, he lead the sales of ECI Telecom SDH –transmission equipment in China. He also built and managed sales teams of several startups companies in Israel. Eli is involved in fund raising and consulting to companies in early stage of their life.

Gil Biran has twenty-eight years of experience in the High Tech Telecommunications and Data Communications industry, primarily in executive management positions such as CEO, President, and VP.
Mr. Biran is Senior Vice President Corporate Development & Strategy of ADVA Optical Networking SE.
Prior to ADVA, Mr. Biran was the CEO of Biran High Tech Advisory Ltd based in R'aanana Israel.
Mr. Biran is the founder of Axerra Networks, Inc., "The Pseudo-Wire Company". For 9 years since 1999, Gil Biran has held major leadership roles within Axerra, including 7+ years as CEO and then as President.
Prior to Axerra, Mr. Biran served as VP R&D and acting CTO at RAD Data Communications. |
